Kathy Christmas is the Owner and Broker of Gem Real Estate. She is a Residential Real Estate specialist serving the residents of San Diego County. Kathy is an investment advisor who provides her clients with a comprehensive understanding of the San Diego real estate market. She helps her clients achieve their dream of home ownership, and investment, by providing reliable and accurate information. In addition, she was the Founder of a very successful Property Management company, Golden Property Management. Her property management company provided full-time property management services to property owners throughout the San Diego region from April 2007 to May 2023 when she successful sold it. With her years of experience in selling and managing properties, Kathy is a tenacious negotiator and a consummate professional always working to protect the best interests of her clients. 

Since 2002, Kathy and her real estate team have successfully sold $515,000,000+ in the San Diego real estate market. They continue to provide excellent service to their clients by staying up to date with today’s market trends and industry technology. 

Within 16 years, Golden Property Management had almost 400 properties under management throughout San Diego County, generating over $12,000,000 in annual rental income. Kathy is not shy to take on challenges and will make a win-win solution outcome for all. The experience and wisdom she received with starting, growing, and selling Golden Property Management has made her even more priceless for her Real Estate clients. 

Kathy began her professional career in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician. It was the US Navy that brought Kathy to San Diego, a city that to this day fills her with pride. When she returned to civilian life in 2002, a small real estate firm convinced her that she had the entrepreneurial spirit to be an excellent REALTOR®. In 2004, she expanded her understanding in Real Estate when she signed on with Real Estate Investment and Management firm. In 2007, Kathy established Gem Real Estate and Golden Property Management and her successful journey continued.
